Existing case studies are effective in showing the delivery of service.
However, for LifeWorks to present itself as a DEIB leader, the case studies should strive to show how diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are considered part of each case study's product and service model.
Go beyond providing robust DEIB responses strictly within the questions that overtly ask about DEIB.
Use this approach to signal prospective clients that DEIB is not just situational in the organization but a deeply integrated and embedded part of the organizational culture, product, and service.
